⚙️ Patch 1.11.4 — Otto monitor optional undercut step

🚀 Summary

Manual Otto Monitor for one SKU accepts optional step_size (EUR). Default stays 0.01. Cron and Monitor All are unchanged.

POST /otto/articles/monitor/{sku}	0.01 unless ?step_size= is set
Example	POST .../monitor/SonyPlaystation5Pro?step_size=1 undercuts by 1 € instead of 1 cent

Allowed range: greater than 0, at most 100. Rounded to 2 decimals.

📌 Notes

• Redeploy service-multi-repricer.
• Dashboard row Monitor still uses the default 0.01 unless the API is called with step_size.
